property was convenient, with amiable staff and particularly good location in the middle of the city. location: the hotel was close enough to parthenay on official business and many trucks were passing. besides, the property was 3 km away from les remparts de parthenay.

The food here was amazing, with plenty of choices to pick from. the location was really great, being close to a nice stroll and also not far from the edge of the town. 🍽️ It was just picture-perfect!

There is a bar and restaurant on, site, although some guests recommend exploring the nearby Chinese restaurant.

The walls are quite thin, so there may be a bit of noise from neighboring rooms.

Parking was convenient and easily accessible. The two reception staff members were generally polite & friendly.

We had a romantic escape and enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were very helpful and the restaurant offered excellent food. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and a good-sized bathroom. We also appreciated the presence of a kettle and tea bags in the room.

The hotel could improve in a couple of areas. the wifi was not reliable and had a weak signal, particularly in rooms far from the reception.

What a perfect base to explore Parthenay! Loved the medieval center. The hotel had a cozy restaurant, free parking, and a lovely garden. The buffet breakfast was a great way to start the day.

Such a shame the WiFi was less reliable than a toddler's promise.

Located on a busy roundabout on the outskirts of town, this hotel offers basic yet comfortable rooms that are clean and bright. the breakfast is excellent, and the tea tray and TV in the room are convenient amenities to have. Despite the bathroom being slightly dated, it served its purpose well. the hotel corridors are newly painted, and the new carpeting looks promising.

The hotel staff could benefit from improving their customer service skills.

The hotel facilities offered were of great value for money, including a bar and a restaurant. Our room was lovely, clean, and well-presented with tea-making facilities.
